How PREPinc started
In 2016, after seeing a lack of affordable law enforcement training in North Alabama, Shannon Thrasher founded the North Alabama Sniper Challenge (NASC). What began as an annual competition quickly grew into no-cost training classes for snipers, law enforcement officers, and other first responders.
In 2021, PREPinc was formed as a nonprofit to expand that mission - providing access to training without the budget obstacles that too often limit readiness.
